India's Education System or System of Demolition of the Students Intellectual Development .

Dear Friends ,Brothers & Sisters by now you maybe prominently & transparently aware that on a large scale that since the last 60 years post Independence, the education System in India has churned out largely robotic duds &  has just scarcely produced  a golden genuine breed of intellects in our country .

Some of the mainly alarming factors of a flawed education system which I have perceived is as follows :-

<A>..Persistent support & practice of rote-based system of acquiring  knowledge caused largely due to the 1-dimensional law of a closed-book exams followed in India in most of the faculties of knowledge right from your school days till post-graduation level .

 This is regardless of whether you belong to any Faculty be it  Arts,Commerce,Law ,Medicine,Business,IT etc etc..,, designed on theories without throwing considerable limelight on open-book exam system.

 Ideally  any concept  should be optimistically advocated & officially implemented to a large extent to alleviate the psychological strain of hopefully all students learning any preferred  stream of knowledge or their interest..

<B>  Secondly ,  the staunchly brazen & ridiculous emphasis on being compelled to score  meritorious percentage of marks, for instance if u r not  a topper with 85% to 98% marks as your  aggregate score the so called Prestigious Colleges in India accredited A++ by NAAC will send your prospects of being admitted packing down the drain.

The biggest acrimonious tragedy in Indian Education system currently, is that Marks or even with the newly conceived policy of introducing grading system is that they would  become the preeminent yardsticks of your knowledge & intelligence. In these circumstances the  real sterling value of your education is left unchecked driving thousands of students,  for this delirious reason to commit suicide.

<C> Thirdly as I have heard from my friends & neighbors that the profession of teaching in India is no longer a noble profession ,driven by the impetus of raking in 15 k to 20 k salary perk per month who are employed in popular institutes , where the teachers just casually enter classrooms just raring to polish off teaching  the respective syllabus of various subjects at  half cock.

 They  never bother to considerately make students understand the logical worth of the concepts pertinent to any subject matter of concern & their interest, be it Maths,Science,Computers,Information Technology,Economics etc etc..because they need to finish teaching their syllabus within 10 months of stipulated time limit in an academic year.

  If at higher education like post-graduation level ,where for instance in my case I was recently busy studying  my post graduation  degree course in economics..(i.e MA-ECONOMICS) from University of Mumbai.

 We have 1 paper called ECONOMETRICS (Where Hardcore Mathematical & Statistical Applications are used to test Economic Theories of Money,investment ,Inflation their Demand & Supply interactions with alien greek symbols like Alpha ,Beta,Gamma etc ..etc.. which to this date I never entirely understood whether they are used as Weights of measuring variables in Equation. or used for something else.

 The sudden appearance & disappearance in Formulas was all Catch 22 to Me and hundreds of other fellow students like me who had done only theoretical Statistics in our undergraduate degree course .The Point here is that we have a PHD holder in the paper of ECONOMETRICS who is our professor in university of Mumbai has been teaching this paper for past 10 years .

But if you are attending any of his lectures you will notice that if out of a class of 100 students if 80 of the students who have done this extremely arduous & challenging paper successfully in your (BA-ECONOMICS UNDERGRADUATE COURSE)& the remaining 20 students who had opted for a theoretical easier paper & who don't know a lot about Econometrics.

 This guy will explicitly ignore helping the 20 students who find any concept in that paper alien or cryptic or if they are hearing them for the first time & will just focus on teaching the other 80 students spontaneously without much grievance & will instruct the bunch of 20 students to go back to the library study the very basics of those alien concepts thoroughly by ourselves & then be eligible enough to attend his lectures .I was appalled to know this & was wondering what the hell is wrong with the warped & eccentric attitudes that our professors carry with them in our Education system ????        

These are some of the pivotal and alarming factors Harrowing & tormenting students in India for a very long time & not at all much has been done to ameliorate these conditions by the educational authorities ,council of professors ,HR Ministry of India so far .
